The Refill Process
Refilling requires precision.

Place the refill bag in warm water (±60°C, not boiling) and allow the wax to melt slowly.

Briefly cool the bag under cold water so you can handle it safely.

Pour slowly and evenly into a completely cleaned, dry container.

Once the wax starts to solidify at the bottom, place the wooden wicks according to the instructions in the enclosed envelope.
Correct positioning is essential for stable, even combustion.
Natural Shrinkage – Perfect Finishing
Quality wax expands when heated and contracts during cooling — a natural process.
For a perfectly flat surface:

Keep ±20% of the wax separate

Allow the first pouring to fully harden (±10 hours)

Finish with a second, thin pouring

Pour large candles in three phases
This method is standard in artisanal candle production and guarantees a professional finish.
