Shipping costs

Belgium: € 6.75 – free shipping from € 50.

The Netherlands and Luxembourg: € 9.00 – free shipping from € 50.

Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden and Monaco: € 9.00 – free shipping from € 60.

Switzerland: € 39.00 – free shipping from € 200.

For certain remote regions (including some in Spain), a different rate of € 50.00 applies – free shipping from € 200.

You will see the exact shipping rate for your address at checkout. We do not ship to the United States or Canada.

Delivery time

We dispatch your order from our atelier in Brecht within 2 working days of receiving your payment. In Belgium, your parcel is usually delivered 1 to 2 working days after dispatch; for orders outside Belgium, the transit time is usually 3 to 8 working days. In any event, your order will be delivered within 8 days.

Carrier

We ship with DPD. As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Delay or unavailable item

If an item is unavailable or delivery takes longer than 8 days, we will inform you by e-mail. You can then change your order or cancel it free of charge. In the event of cancellation, we will refund the full amount within 15 days.
