Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason.

How do I register a return?

Register your return via “Order history” in your account or send an e-mail to info@oscar.luxury. You will receive a return form and a return label from us by e-mail.

Returning the item

After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the item back to: Oscar Luxury (Lendfers bv), Dumortierlaan 115, 8300 Knokke-Heist, Belgium.

Conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Return costs

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer and is deducted from the refund. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

Refund

We will refund you by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items. You can return the item and then place a new order.

Exception: personalised products

There is no right of withdrawal for products made to measure or according to your specifications (for example candles with your own text or logo), in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
